She worked as in-house Counsel at Vodacom Business Africa and Rescue Technologies Limited, and in law firm practice at Banwo & Ighodalo and Alliance Law Firm.
With vast experience in advising the private sector, international organisations and government institutions globally, Jyenita has developed legal frameworks for major projects in the information and communications technology sector, financial advisory for startups including Venture Capital, Business Incubators and Grants, preparation and implementation of technology, telecommunications contracts as well as policy formulations.
